Is a heel turn expected at SmackDown Live this week?

The RAW after Survivor Series was not as exciting as it could have been. Not by a long shot.

Indeed, coming off the gigantic surprise that played out at the conclusion of the Traditional '5-on-5' Survivor Series match between RAW and SmackDown Live, where Triple H pedigreed Kurt Angle, the action should have been fast and furious.

Without further ado, here is our exclusive countdown.

#5 Daniel Bryan turns heel

Will the 'no' chants resonate across the arena again?

Daniel Bryan is the most popular superstar of the current era, a man who got over big time, because of his genuine 'nice guy' vibes and charisma. Unfortunately, a string of injuries would derail his career and force him into premature retirement.

At this point, WWE has him playing the part of an on-screen authority figure on SmackDown Live, as most sports entertainment fans know. At Survivor Series only a few hours ago, we saw Stephanie McMahon tempt Bryan with a promise of power, once she had defeated and humiliated her brother, SmackDown Live Commissioner, Shane McMahon.

Could we see Daniel Bryan, who has not been the biggest fan of Shane McMahon's actions over the last two weeks, turn heel on the SmackDown Live Commissioner, this week? He has good reason to...Bryan cannot wrestle anymore, but McMahon books himself in all the big, high profile spots.

Could Bryan be the yang to Shane McMahon's yin moving forward, if he does turn heel this week?
