I can’t believe I was upset to see Daniel Bryan win a WWE Championship title match in 2019.

WWE Elimination Chamber was a show that was truly carried by its Chamber matches. The WWE mid-card might need some work but the two Chamber matches delivered some truly entertaining moments.

I don’t know if I have been that invested in someone winning the WWE Championship in a long time. The WWE made me care about a title change and it was a wonderful feeling to have again.

As I am still figuring out why Braun Strowman has no friends, I will try to distract myself and present my list of the top five most surprising moments of WWE Elimination Chamber 2019:

#5 So Many Title Changes

Well that was a lot easier then I expected it to be.

WrestleMania is usually set up as a very good day for the good guys. It is that rare time of year when good finally triumphs over evil. So imagine my real surprise to see so many faces win titles in the second to last pay-per-view before WrestleMania.

It seemed well set-up for a heel team to win the first WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. As the heel teams got eliminated one by one, it was shocking to see Sasha Banks and Bayley actually win the first ever Championship.

It seemed that they would continue their long string of disappointments on Sunday. But they got their happy moment at Elimination Chamber in their first shot at the title. You add in the fact Finn Balor and The Usos won championships and it seemed we were on course for a happy night for all the good guys. Even if it was quite a few months earlier than expected.
