I could be completely off the mark here, and this is pure speculation on my part. But it is well documented how close Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns are behind the scenes. Ambrose is well known to be a private person who's only close to a handful of people, and Reigns is one of the few individuals he considers a real friend.
Now, let's assume for a minute that Reigns is cleared to compete once again. Not only does Reigns return as a potential opponent and tag team partner for Ambrose, but he returns as the locker room leader as well. With Reigns back in the thick of things, Ambrose may decide to stay back after WrestleMania.
Ambrose is a key player in the WWE Universe and this bodes well for the company in the long run. So, let's hope Roman Reigns is cleared for more reasons than one.
