A genuine reason why we all love WrestleMania is because this is the only time of the year when legions of WWE fans from all over the world bond together whilst watching their favorite superstars bring the house down.

The Showcase of the Immortals undoubtedly remains the holy grail for all the professional wrestling fans in the world and the WWE Universe always enters these jam-packed stadiums with hopes and aspirations to watch nostalgia blend with the present.

Considering that the show was almost 8 hours long, appearances from John Cena, Hulk Hogan, Triple H, 'The Demon' Finn Balor, and Becky Lynch kept the show entertaining throughout.

It's undeniable that the biggest event of the year delivered and lived up to the hype. Many are claiming WrestleMania 35 to be the greatest WrestleMania of all time.

Despite the entire presentation of the show, there were many things that Vince McMahon avoided doing at The Showcase of the Immortals. What were they? Let's find out.

Here are the 5 things Vince McMahon avoided doing at WrestleMania 35.

#1 Presenting 'The Demon King' as an unstoppable force due to All Elite Wrestling

With All Elite Wrestling vowing to change the wrestling world, WWE very clinically presented all the superstars who were somehow rumored to join forces with the newly introduced platform.

Whilst names like AJ Styles and The Usos secured an easy win, it was Balor's presentation at The Showcase of the Immortals that kept the fans buzzing on social media.

It's understandable that Vince McMahon certainly wants 'The Demon' gimmick to be displayed as a special attraction in such big events, and that's what he did when he literally manhandled Bobby Lashley to grab the Intercontinental Championship.

The decision was commendable, but Vince's intentions of keeping Balor as a prominent feature on the red brand only signals that they don't want him gone anytime soon.
