5 things we can expect from the 25th anniversary show of Raw
WWE's flagship show Monday Night Raw is going to celebrate it's 25th anniversary on January 22nd 2018, at the Manhattan Center and Brooklyn Center in New York.
Monday Night Raw is a revolutionary concept brought forward by the WWE. In a time where professional wrestling shows were taped weeks in advance and were aired on the weekends, the Raw formula proved to be the difference maker as the show was taped and aired to a live audience.
The first episode of Raw was held at the Manhattan Center on 11th January 1993 and the rest, as they say, is history. The show has been home to many of the WWE's talented and popular superstars over the years and has created career defining moments for the superstars and a lot of feel-good moments for the fans.
The 25th anniversary show is considered as one of the biggest milestones in the history of the WWE as the company has seen and survived many competitions and has gone through tough times. As a fan, it's great to see the show reach this milestone and hope that there is more to come. The eyes of the WWE universe will be fixed on the anniversary show next week and the WWE has high expectations to fulfil, and we as fans are eager to see how the show would impact the future of the WWE going forward.
With that in mind let's see the 5 things we can expect from the 25th anniversary show of Raw.

#5 Raw goes old school
The 25th anniversary show of Raw is set to take place at not one, but two places as the Barclay's Center and the Manhattan Center in New York are set to host the legendary show. It's being reported that the current roster will be present at Barclay's Center and the legends will be present at the Manhattan Center where the very first show took place. It's also expected that few legends will be travelling in between the locations as the show continues.
If that is not enough, Cageside Seats is reporting that the WWE is planning to have the same look for the Manhattan Center as of the very first episode of Monday Night Raw.
From a fan's perspective, this looks like a very good idea as this would give a lot of nostalgia for the fans present at the venue as some of them would've been present at the first episode way back in 1993.
