5 Things Wrong with TNA Talents heading to WWE
Over the past few months, TNA has been losing some of its most treasured talents to WWE. All of the new recruits have gained world wide fame before making it to the WWE. It all started last year when Samao Joe made a surprise debut in WWE’s developmental company, NXT.
Back in January, news broke out that former TNA World Heavyweight Champion and arguably the biggest stars in the business in this age, AJ Styles was headed to the WWE. Soon, we saw AJ’s debut in the company and now, he’s feuding with Roman Reigns over the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Two biggest names in TNA debuting in WWE? Not a big deal. But that wasn’t it. A week after AJ’s debut, Austin Aries made his debut into the company. Booby Roode was also present at NXT:Takeover, Dallas, hinting that he is coming to the company. And, to everyone’s surprise, his best friend, Eric Young debuted last week on NXT. These things have made us wrestling fans more than happy. But unfortunately, this also means bad news for some people. Here are 5 things that could go wrong with TNA Talents in WWE.
1. Uninvited yet inevitable heat.
The big new former TNA Stars are here to stay, that’s for sure. But, all of these guys age between 35-40 years. Also, their legacy and their achievements, would prevent them from staying in the mid-card picture forever. So it is possible that each one of them, might (or might not) get their shot on the big one. But they are too many and the rumours are indicating that more star-studded middle aged superstars are on their way to the company.
This situation plays an important part in deciding the future of the company. Younger talents of WWE, might not even get their equally deserved shot at the big one! That is certainly a huge problem for the company. With talents like Tyler Breeze, Adam Rose, Bo Dallas, etc being buried to the core and fan favourite Damien Sandow being released, the young guns need to work twice as hard as before to get themselves their fair share of the limelight.
And, if things go wrong, these former TNA World Champions, could get major heat in the locker room, making their run with WWE, a little troublesome.
