5 Things WWE secretly told us on SmackDown tonight

KO is back!
KO is back!

Tonight's edition of SmackDown was pretty mediocre in my opinion. There were some good segments, but most of them failed to garner any major attention from the fans, apart from the ending segment may be.

The heel turn of Kevin Owens at the end of the show was easily the biggest moment of the night. On one hand, fans were heartbroken to see Owens beat up their champ, Kofi Kingston, but on the other hand, everyone was excited to see Owens back to his best, as he laid down a ruthless beating in a way only he can.

Throughout the night, there were quite a few things that WWE secretly told us on SmackDown. So without further adieu, let's take a look at them.

#5 Becky will be a fighting champion

In one of my previous articles, I discussed how having both the titles can be a problem for Becky Lynch as it would be tough for her to have two matches on every PPV.

WWE is certainly looking to build her as The Man to beat and a fighting champion, as she announced in a backstage segment that she will be facing Charlotte at Money in the Bank for the SmackDown Women's Championship, while also defending her RAW Women's Title against Lacey Evans on the same night.

While it'd be interesting to see her defend both her titles on the same night, I'm not sure how long can she possibly do it. The last thing WWE would want is her being out with an injury due to excessive workload.

#4 Shane McMahon is one of the biggest heels on the main roster

It's so amazing to see Shane portray such a different character now!

Shane McMahon was a huge babyface not so long ago. But his feud with The Miz has turned him into a hated yet amazing heel now.

When the rumors of him turning heel were going on, many had the doubt of whether the fan-lovrf McMahon would be able to garner heat from the WWE Universe or not, but the way he has been carrying himself these days, he is already one of the biggest heels in WWE. There's just something in him that is making us hate him, and this proves he's doing a great job as the bad guy.
