5 things WWE subtly told us at Survivor Series
Survivor Series is now behind us and in the history books. Despite all that transpired for the brands during this brand versus brand show, the show had its own high and low moments. From Charlotte Flair taking down Ronda Rousey after the match to the performance by Brock Lesnar and the resilience by Daniel Bryan, we all saw a good set of performances from the wrestlers of both brands.
The show also saw some unexpected guests in the form of Enzo Amore, and it also raised speculations that he was coming back to the WWE soon. While that was speculation, the fact that we did see Seth Rollins put on a great match against Shinsuke Nakamura was a reality. There were a lot of winners and losers during the pay-per-view, but the biggest loser was SmackDown that lost all their matches to the wrestlers on Raw.
While we shall discuss the reasons why Raw got a clean sweep, here are 5 things that the WWE told us at Survivor Series:
#5 Ronda Rousey will have a match with Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 35
Charlotte Flair came into this match with the least time to prepare against the 'Baddest Woman On the Planet,' but her performance was way too good. She did what she always does, and that is steal the show.
Her match with Ronda Rousey was filled with a lot of ups and downs, but it was Ronda Rousey that got the win for her brand. This snapped 'The Queen' who laid a sadistic attack on Ronda Rousey with kendo sticks and chairs. With TLC the next pay-per-view by the WWE, we may see these two square off in the ring in a chairs match, and if the feud isn't able to reach its course, we may see them take it up to WrestleMania 35.
A lot of fans had speculated that we may see Ronda Rousey versus Becky Lynch at the Shows Of Shows, but with this attack, it looks like Charlotte Flair will be fighting the current Raw Women's Champion down the line.
