When Shannon Moore arrived in WWE, there did not really seem like there was much that he could not do. He had grown up as the training partner of a legendary WWE tag team, Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy -- the Hardy Boyz.

He was even featured alongside Matt Hardy for one run of Hardy's gimmick -- Matt Hardy Version 1.0. He was Hardy's assistant and often took on his opponents, distracting them or attacking them, to help his friend and leader win the match.

Matt Hardy was supposed to face Brock Lesnar in a match, but the match did not take place. Hardy pretended that he had hurt his eye on the way out to the ring and that he could not compete. Instead, he forced Shannon Moore to compete in the match.

Moore attacked Lesnar but was no match for the force that Lesnar was. Lesnar tossed him around the ring like he weighed nothing, and even threw him outside. Lesnar hit him with two F-5s to finish him.
