WWE is the biggest wrestling promotion in the world.
As a result, the wrestling company has the largest roster of Superstars in the world.
With so many high profile wrestlers all working together, tempers can obviously flare. There can be issues and misunderstandings between two or more Superstars. It is not possible for WWE management to interfere in each case and it is left to the wrestlers to sort out their differences by themselves.
During such times, the locker room leaders take it upon themselves to be the judge and mete out a decision which will see the problem handled.
In many cases, it was The Undertaker who was the person handing out decisions as he was the recognised locker room leader for most of his WWE tenure. In other cases, it was Triple H, and most recently, it was Roman Reigns.

#5 'Spiritless' Spirit Squad
The Spirit Squad found themselves on the receiving end of a huge, and according to some people, undeserving, push.
Johnny Jeter, only known as Johnny on the Spirit Squad run, was also among these stars. In fact, he was set up for a tag team, where he would team with another member. During their run, they would even become Tag Team Champions.
However, towards the beginning of his career, Johnny did not appreciate being made a part of a tag team. He wanted a singles run, and was vocal about his feelings backstage. Senior WWE Superstars often did not take any airs from new rookies, so when what he was saying got around to them, they did not take too kindly to the news.
He was brought up in front of the Wrestler's Court, and The Undertaker presided over the arguments. He was thought to be disrespectful of tag teams and senior wrestlers. The judgement was made, and he was asked to see old tag-team videos so that he could learn respect for that form of wrestling, as well as buying beer for JBL -- a tag team legend along with Ron Simmons if there ever was one.
