Former RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey wrestled recently at WWE's live event at Madison Square Garden. Before that, she took to Twitter to share a picture of herself with some fans outside the iconic arena, showing off a new look that she experimented with for the show. She teamed up with Naomi to defeat Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville at the live event.

Rousey returned to WWE earlier this year as a surprise entrant in the women's Royal Rumble match. She went on to dominate and win the whole thing and is now set to challenge The Queen for her SmackDown Women's title at WrestleMania 38.

Two-time WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio took to Twitter to tease a WWE return and also subtly targeted the United States Champion Finn Balor by posting a picture of himself with the US title. During his time in the company, Del Rio won the United States title twice, one of which he won by defeating John Cena in 2015.

Balor won the United States Championship a couple of weeks ago on Monday Night RAW by defeating Damian Priest. Following his title victory, Priest turned heel and viciously attacked him. While nothing has been officially announced yet, we might see these two square-off in a rematch at WrestleMania 38 next month.

#3 Ricochet was "half-blind" during his Intercontinental Championship match

Newly-crowned Intercontinental Champion Ricochet recently took to Twitter to reveal that during his title match on Friday Night SmackDown, he was half-blind for a major part of it. The reason for this was that he lost the contact lens from his right eye during the match.

"Speaking of contacts. My right contact came out really early in last nights battle. So I had was half blind for 3/4 of it," wrote Ricochet in his tweet.

Ricochet defeated Sami Zayn to capture the Intercontinental Championship for the first time in his career. With this, he became the first star to win all three of WWE's mid-card titles - the Intercontinental Championship, United States Championship, and NXT North American Championship.

#2 Austin Theory wants to face John Cena

Monday Night RAW star Austin Theory has had a great start to his main roster career. During a recent interview with WWE Deutschland, Theory revealed his desire to face 16-time world champion, John Cena.

"John Cena. Every time, John Cena. You know what, I, I feel personally that I just got to keep building myself and keep climbing that ladder and keep, you know, just impressing. I felt like I kicked that off when I got drafted to Raw, taking out Jeff Hardy. You know, dealing with Rey Mysterio, Finn Balor, AJ Styles, all these names," said Austin Theory.

Vince McMahon has been heavily involved with Austin Theory on-screen. At WrestleMania 38, the latter is set to face Pat McAfee in a one-on-one match. However, the WWE Chairman is expected to get involved in this feud in some manner.

As for John Cena, he last wrestled at SummerSlam 2021 last year, where he unsuccessfully challenged Universal Champion Roman Reigns for his title in the main event.

Roman Reigns is currently in the middle of a historic title run, considered by many to be the best one in recent memory. The Tribal Chief has now crossed another massive milestone by completing 800 days without being pinned.

His last pinfall defeat came at the hands of Baron Corbin at WWE TLC 2019 in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match.

Reigns is all set to face WWE Champion Brock Lesnar in the main event of Night Two of WrestleMania 38. Both the world champions will clash in a massive "Championship Unification" match. While fans have seen these two main-event WrestleMania on multiple occasions previously, the stakes are much higher this time.
