There's nobody who defines Cruiserweight Wrestling better than Rey Mysterio does. After all, he did pave the way right from WCW's Cruiserweight Division, all the way to the top of WWE's uppermost echelon, through the course of his prolific career.
Mysterio's star power would attract a lot of eyeballs. Much like Kurt Angle, he could wrestle only on special occasions, and still be a draw for long-time fans. Mysterio's appeal transcends several generations. There would be no better choice for General Manager than he is.
