Edge: The Rated-R Superstar. The Ultimate Opportunist. Whatever you want to call him, the Canadian had an incredible in-ring career.

Joining the WWF in 1998, Edge would establish himself as a great tag team wrestler, who then went on to have a stellar singles run, evidenced in his consistent main-event presence in the latter half of his career.

Capturing his first WWE Championship in 2006, Edge would hold 11 World championships throughout his career, as well as the Intercontinental, United States and Tag Titles. He won two Money in the Bank briefcases - the first in the inaugural MITB ladder match - and also won the 2010 Royal Rumble. A former King of the Ring winner and WrestleMania main eventer, Edge is one of the most decorated performers in the history of the company.

Retiring in 2011, Edge would be inducted into the Hall of Fame the following year, and has gone down as one of the greatest of all time.

Edge's most successful run in the company was as a heel. He was never afraid to take advantage of others to pursue his goals.

Here are the five most evil deeds committed by Edge on WWE TV.

5: Slapping John Cena's Father

John Cena is one of WWE's toughest Superstars, and fought Edge for years, to the point where the 16-time World Champion could be considered his greatest rival.

In 2006 though, Edge's disdain for Cena reached a new high, when the Canadian arrived in John's childhood home, with vitriol in his heart.

After insulting Cena's family home and trashing the place, Edge, alongside Lita, would be confronted by John Cena Sr, the father of the Champ.

After a brief argument between the two, Edge slapped Cena Sr. across the face. Edge employed mind games effectively with John Cena - the vile act certainly paid off as after slapping the older Cena, Edge would retain the WWE title a few weeks later at SummerSlam against Cena Jr after using brass knuckles.
