It's time for the most exciting period of the wrestling calendar year to begin. We're officially on the road to WrestleMania, and things are looking promising. We seem to be coming to a conclusion of the part-timer dominance in WWE.

We're most likely going to get the first women's main event in WrestleMania history. And they aren't going to main event for the sake of main eventing. They'll main event because they have the biggest and most exciting match on the card with some of the most exciting stars.

Post-WrestleMania, we're very likely going to witness the beginning of a new era. We know that WWE tends to use the term a lot, but a lot of changes are genuinely set to happen this year as we approach a new decade in 2020.

WrestleMania 35 season is going to be a great ride and we hope that you enjoy it as it happens. However, there are a lot of rumours floating about with regards to the biggest stage of them all, and we list out five rumours that we hope are untrue!

#5. Ronda Rousey calling it quits after WrestleMania

Ronda Rousey isn't perfect. She may lack the mic skills of a top star, but it would be foolish to deny her importance and impact on the WWE Women's division in general. She rose to the top in her fourth televised bout, and it's understandable from WWE's point of view why.

The fact of the matter is, Ronda Rousey wants to start a family with her husband Travis Browne, and that alone makes her time in WWE limited. The company are in full understanding of this, and the rumour is that Rousey will put over Becky Lynch and leave for over a year minimum.

She likely would return in a part-time role, but even then, it's a shame in one aspect. Rousey has shown so much promise, improvement and potential that it's a shame that WWE can't fully capitalize on it. She has a solid heel run left in her and so much more. She's helped elevate the Women's division as a whole.
