The Money In The Bank pay-per-view drew a mixed set of reactions from the crowd, with many of the fans disappointed with the way that it eventually ended. It was a title that could be defended just anywhere and anytime, as long as there was a referee around. Titus O’Neil was made the first ever champ, followed by a few other names that deserved to win a title. Eventually, it was R-Truth who got hold of the title, as he rushed through the audiences to save himself and retain it.

He has done quite enough to deserve a title-run, at least with the 24-7 Championship, and he could be one of the individuals that could beat R-Truth. However, knowing Crews’ character on the show, he would want to do it the right way and not let go of the support of the WWE Universe that has constantly kept him going.
