5 Wrestlers with interesting hobbies
Wrestlers lead a different lifestyle compared to your average Joe. After all, they chose to get their behinds kicked every single night and make money doing it. So it would only be normal for them to do interesting things away from the ring as well.
This list takes a look at 5 wrestlers with interesting hobbies.
Notable exclusions include Kenny Omega's love for anime, Kofi Kingston's collection of action figures, Shelton Benjamin's video game addiction and Dean Ambrose's passion for mountain biking.
#1 William Regal — pet reptiles
William Regal has always been a man of peculiar tastes. The brawler from Blackpool started wrestling for money when he was fifteen years old and was fired from WCW in 1998 for outwrestling the all-conquering Goldberg in a match using shoot style moves.
Regal has been treated for a life threating heart problem, allegedly received steroids from the WWE and has even landed in a prison cell in Alaska after getting drunk and urinating on a stewardess during a flight from Japan to the United States.
So it is hardly likely that Regal would have hobbies that people consider normal; in fact, Regal's precious pastime outside the WWE is taking care of his pets. Regal does have dogs and cats as pets — but his favourites are all reptilian.
Regal owns two snakes and eight lizards as pets, because as he once said: "Humans disgust me". The former Intercontinental champion and King of the Ring winner has around 20 different species of pets in his home.
