Penta El Zero Miedo being pitted against WWE Superstar AJ Styles will be an interesting encounter since both of them are highly skilled competitors.

Styles has a penchant for performing high-flying maneuvers mixed with great grappling skills which earned him the moniker - The Phenomenal One. Unfortunately, he got sidelined due to a Lisfranc injury that he suffered during a match against Carmelo Hayes.

He is believed to be kicking off his farewell tour, though this has been put on the back burner due to the aforementioned injury.

The returning Shinsuke Nakamura will certainly be a good matchup for Penta El Zero Miedo once he steps foot in a WWE ring. Both are charismatic athletes of the sport, not to mention that the former recently took on a darker persona that pretty much spooked even The Bloodline.

Aside from performing high-flying and grappling moves, Penta also incorporated the hard-hitting Japanese Strong Style, which is Nakamura’s brand of wrestling style. For those unaware, the luchador was the Mexican Strong Style Champion at one point in his career.

It will certainly be interesting to see who has a superior strong style if they ever lock horns in WWE.

#3. Dragon Lee

Dragon Lee has been leaving fans amazed with his superb in-ring skills and high-flying moves even before signing up for WWE in 2022. His desire to improve his craft is what made him one of the most notable luchadores across Titanland.

Now that Penta El Zero Miedo is heading to WWE, Lee’s learnings could be put to the test if they ever cross paths inside the squared circle. Penta has got more experience between them since he debuted two decades ago. Further, he has been in some extreme matches, such as with Jon Moxley at AEW All In London in 2023 during their Stadium Stampede match.

At 29, Lee is expected to utilize his speed and agility against Penta in a match. Penta, on the other hand, could introduce Lee to his own brand of brutality which could help in the former NXT North American Champion’s character development.

#2. Kevin Owens

The self-proclaimed Undisputed WWE Champion Kevin Owens has been getting a ton of heat from the WWE Universe after delivering a package piledriver to the true champ, Cody Rhodes. after their match at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

For those who are unaware, the piledriver has been prohibited in WWE since the 2000s owing to the risks associated with the wrestling maneuver. Superstars like The Undertaker continued to employ it throughout their careers, albeit his rendition, the Tombstone Piledriver, was approved by the promotion because of its safer execution.

It appears that The Prizefighter intends to resurrect an illegal WWE maneuver. If this is the case, Penta El Zero Miedo could be an ideal battle for him because the renowned luchador has more of that to offer.

#1. Rey Mysterio vs. Penta El Zero Miedo

Rey Mysterio has been regarded as one of the greatest luchadors of all time. The WWE Hall of Famer has helped popularize Mexico's wrestling style and provided opportunities for aspiring luchadors to get to the big leagues.

Penta El Zero Miedo and Mysterio have teamed up and even wrestled against each other in the past and on different promotions.

It will certainly be a delight to see if they face each other in WWE where a much larger audience can witness these two aerialists slug it out and show the world what lucha libre is.
