5 WWE PPV events the company can bring back
WWE is the ever-expanding giant of the world of professional wrestling. With one of the longest and glorious histories of any company in the Sports Entertainment world, they hold multiple records in several different fields.
However, of late, WWE has undergone quite a drastic change. They have tried to move on in an ever-changing world, embracing the Independent Wrestling world they had scorned for so many years. They are expanding in the United Kingdom, and have plans for Japan, China, as well as India to name but a few. They hold pay-per-views in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and travel to Europe to tour. They go so far as down south in Australia to expand their promotion even further.
One of the things which have made WWE so great over the years is their varied and different pay-per-views and concepts that they have introduced. With matches like Hell in a Cell and WWE Elimination Chamber being turned into WWE pay-per-view events, several older events have taken a back seat. Some of these pay-per-views would do well in the modern world and actually be a nice change to the current situation.
In this article, we will be talking about 5 WWE PPV events which the company can bring back.
#5 Night of Champions
This might not seem like the most intriguing WWE PPV of all time, but this event had something different from the other ones.
While it is not one of the 'Big Four' WWE Events, it brings with it a separate prestige that might be missing for other events. It gives an opportunity for separate Champions to face each other in a Champion vs Champion match... for prestige.
While this not appear as much, it can help put together some exciting matches which would otherwise perhaps not happen.
It is also a night that would ensure that each Championship would feature on the pay-per-view, leading to the proper exposure which they might otherwise miss out on.
