5 WWE stars who could join Damian Priest against the new Judgment Day on RAW - An old friend, former rivalĀ

The Judgment Day completely changed following the events of WWE SummerSlam. Damian Priest defended the World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther at the Premium Live Event over the weekend. Finn Balor was ringside for the match and decided to betray his stablemate. Gunther capitalized on the interference to become the new champion.

Liv Morgan put her Women's World Championship on the line at SummerSlam against Rhea Ripley. Dominik Mysterio was ringside for the title match and cost Ripley her chance at becoming champion. Dirty Dom then kissed Morgan on the entrance ramp after the match.

During tonight's episode of WWE RAW, it was revealed that Liv Morgan, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, Carlito, and JD McDonagh are the new version of The Judgment Day.

Listed below are five WWE stars who could join Damian Priest against the new version of The Judgment Day.

#5. Seth Rollins could assist Damian Priest against The Judgment Day on WWE RAW

Seth Rollins challenged Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship at Money in the Bank last month. Drew McIntyre had won the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match earlier in the night and attempted to cash in during the title match. However, CM Punk prevented it, and his interference also allowed Priest to retain the title.

Priest told Rollins that he would give him another shot at the title if he could defeat Gunther at WWE SummerSlam. The Visionary and Priest shook hands and appeared to have mutual respect for each other. Rollins could approach Priest in the coming weeks and tell the veteran that he does not have to fight his former faction alone.

#4. Damian Priest could get some help from R-Truth

R-Truth spent months trying to convince The Judgment Day he was a part of the faction, but the group never accepted him. Liv Morgan helped Finn Balor and JD McDonagh defeat Awesome Truth (The Miz and R-Truth) in June to become the new World Tag Team Champions on WWE RAW.

Damian Priest could have a conversation with R-Truth in the coming weeks and apologize for how the group treated him. Truth may then decide to join Priest in his rivalry against the new version of The Judgment Day.

#3. Ilja Dragunov could join Damian Priest

Ilja Dragunov joined the main roster earlier this year and is currently a babyface on the RAW roster. He battled Bron Breakker on the July 22 edition of RAW but came up short and hasn't appeared on television since. Breakker went on to defeat Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam.

Dragunov stood up to Breakker when the former NXT Champion was going out of his way to attack WWE Superstars on RAW. Damian Priest could try to recruit Dragunov to help him against The Judgment Day and provide him with some guidance on how to find success on the main roster.

#2. Rey Mysterio could continue his rivalry with his son

Rey Mysterio has defeated Dominik Mysterio at the past two WWE WrestleMania events. He defeated his son in a singles bout at WrestleMania 39 and once again at The Show of Shows in April in a tag team match.

Despite Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio making the Hall of Famer's life miserable in the past, he still likely does not agree with his son's actions at SummerSlam. Mysterio may want to team up with Priest in order to teach his son another lesson and put an end to the new version of The Judgment Day.

#1. The Terror Twins could unite to take down the new version of The Judgment Day

Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest have been referred to as "The Terror Twins" in the past, and both stars have major issues with the new version of The Judgment Day. Dominik Mysterio and The Eradicator were in a storyline relationship before he chose Liv Morgan at WWE SummerSlam. The 27-year-old was left heartbroken in the ring as Morgan and Mysterio kissed on the entrance ramp.

Priest likely would not have any issue convincing Ripley to team up with him to go after Morgan, Mysterio, Balor, McDonagh, and Carlito. The new version of the group is an impressive faction, but they already have made enemies out of Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley.
