5 WWE stars who could join Team RAW at Survivor Series if Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis start a feud

A full-blown war is brimming in WWE between RAW General Manager Adam Pearce and SmackDown GM Nick Aldis. The two executives have not been on good terms in recent times.

Pearce charged up at Aldis a few days back on RAW when Solo Sikoa's Bloodline came in to attack Jey Uso on the red brand and cost him the Intercontinental Championship. Pearce asked Aldis to get his roster superstars under control.

Further, the incident that took place at the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event, where SmackDown star Randy Orton gave an RKO to Adam Pearce, has sent alarm bells ringing. It has further given a boost to a potential RAW vs. SmackDown, 5-on-5 Survivor Series Elimination match.

The last time the red and blue brands fought against each other was at a Survivor Series in 2021. Team RAW won the contest, as Seth Rollins defeated SmackDown's final superstar, Jeff Hardy, in a close contest.

This time, however, Pearce and Nick Aldis are also expected to take on each other. However, that is not certain yet, and a decision is yet to be taken on this by both executives.

This article will discuss the five potential superstars from RAW who might make up the five-member team to take on SmackDown stars.

#1. WWE star Braun Strowman

The Monster Among Men could be Pearce's first choice to lead the red brand against SmackDown. However, Strowman is out of action currently, as he suffered a torn groin injury during the Last Monster Standing match against 'Big' Bronson Reed on RAW nearly a month ago.

Even though the former WWE Universal Champion won the match, he had to stay out of the ring for a few weeks to heal from the injury. Survivor Series: War Games is still four weeks away, and there is ample time for Strowman to make his return. Adam Pearce could even go out personally to bring Braun into the team as he could help to guarantee victory at the Survivor Series: War Games.

#2. Drew McIntyre

The Scottish Warrior f is another superstar who might be included in the RAW team by Adam Pearce. McIntyre, too, has been out of action since Bad Blood PLE, where he had a deadly Hell in a Cell match against CM Punk.

He had to get 16 staples on his head after he started bleeding profusely during the match. However, the former WWE Champion isn't away due to an injury but due to a family emergency.

A recent report from Sportskeeda Wrestling's Dr. Chris Featherstone provided an update on McIntyre's WWE absence, saying that he was away due to a death in his family. Since the Survivor Series: War Games is four weeks away now, Adam Pearce can think of getting McIntyre into his team as he is another very talented superstar in the RAW roster.

#3. Sheamus

The Celtic Warrior is another potential superstar from the RAW roster whom Adam Pearce would try to rope in for Survivor Series. Sheamus is currently not involved in any WWE storyline and is also not a potential challenger for the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther.

Sheamus made his in-ring return on April 15, 2024, after a long hiatus and defeated Ivar. On last week's episode of RAW, he beat Ludwig Kaiser. At present, he isn't involved in any big storyline, so at Survivor Series: War Games, Sheamus could be a part of RAW's team.

#4. Kofi Kingston

The former WWE Champion is another potential candidate for RAW's team. The New Day member isn't featured in any tag-team clash at Survivor Series: War Games.

Further, his increasing tension with Xavier Woods is another indication that the duo is far away from becoming challengers to the WWE Tag Team titles. Hence, Kofi Kingston might be another member of the RAW men's team.

#5. R-Truth

Adam Pearce can bring in R-Truth, as the 52-year-old holds tons of experience inside the squared ring. The former tag team partner of The Miz is also not included in any relevant storyline.

As such, R-Truth can be taken for the RAW team. There was also a chance of his former ally, The Miz, to be taken into this contest, but he is currently involved in a storyline with The Wyatt Sicks faction. Hence, R-Truth can be the superstar for the RAW men's team.
