5 WWE Superstars and their insane diets
Being a professional wrestler is all about maintaining a healthy body. Sure, there are people like Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe whose natural athleticism and in-ring talent can easily carry them over the line without the need for a killer body, but that isn't the case for most of the men and women who are in the business today.
This is especially true in the WWE where Vince McMahon decides to hand out major pushes based on how people look rather than any innate talent that they have at their disposal. And, in order to ensure they don't get left behind due to their looks, a number of top WWE Superstars have adopted some pretty insane diets.
After all, they say that it's 80% diet and 20% gym when it comes to achieving the perfect body. And, in keeping with that philosophy, some of the most impressive looking wrestlers on the planet have decided to go that extra mile in order to eat what is best.
So, without any further ado, here is our list of five WWE superstars and their insane diets:
#5 Ryback
With a catchphrase like "Feed Me More", you would think that Ryback just doesn't get enough food on a day to day basis but nothing could be further from the truth. The former WWE star eats an incredible amount in order to maintain his monstrous body.
When he's not out disparaging the WWE on his podcast, Ryback indulges in a protein-rich diet consisting of steaks, chicken, fish, eggs, brown rice, etc. And he does this every two hours a day following his first meal.
And, what does he have for that first meal? Apparently a full bowl of pasta and a pound of steak. It seems incredible that he can still afford to keep eating this much since he's just been sitting around doing nothing except his podcast since he left the WWE.
