5 WWE Superstars with most consecutive WrestleMania main events
Roman Reigns will become just the second person in WWE history to main-event four consecutive WrestleManias if his match against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 34 goes on last in New Orleans.
“The Big Dog” is currently tied with three other Superstars on three consecutive headline matches at WWE’s biggest show of the year, while he is just two years away from potentially breaking the all-time record.
In this article, we take a look at the five WWE Superstars who have appeared in the most consecutive WrestleMania main events.
Joint #2 Triple H (three consecutive main events)
Triple H has main-evented WrestleMania on seven occasions during his 23-year WWE career – a tally only bettered by Hulk Hogan (eight main events).
“The Game” first headlined the show in the ‘McMahon In Every Corner’ Fatal 4-Way match that took place at WrestleMania 2000, while he was also involved in the last match on the card at WrestleMania X8 (vs. Chris Jericho), WrestleMania XXV (vs. Randy Orton) and WrestleMania 32 (vs. Roman Reigns).
However, he makes this list due to his three consecutive 'Mania main events between 2004 and 2006, when he headlined at WrestleMania XX (vs. Shawn Michaels and Chris Benoit), WrestleMania 21 (vs. Batista) and WrestleMania 22 (vs. John Cena).
