5 WWE Superstars' real-life relationships that you may not be aware of
These lovebirds have found a way to make things work, even with the difficulties that come with being a WWE Superstar.
Life as a professional wrestler is a fascinating experience that most of us will never fully understand, nor will we ever be able to comprehend the sacrifices those men and women make, all for the sake of living a dream and entertaining the rest of us.
Regardless of the stigma which some "outsiders" try to place on the industry, professional wrestlers are indeed highly skilled athletes and what they do, is something that takes years of intense training to be able to call themselves sports entertainers.
One of the biggest sacrifices that these talented individuals have to make is the insane amount of time they spend away from home. The numbers are all over the place, but I have heard some wrestlers say they are on the road anywhere from 200-to-300 days per year.
Being on the road for that amount of time would leave all but no chance at all at having a normal life. These guys become close friends with their fellow wrestlers and some become more than just close friends.
There have been many wrestlers who have had serious relationships with other wrestlers. In fact, quite a few have gone as far as tying the knot and having children. The Miz and Maryse, along with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, are just two examples of popular names within the industry who have started a family together.
But there are a few within the company who have sparked up a relationship with a fellow WWE Superstar, but due to the fact that they are not really as much of a marquee name as Triple H, many fans simply never knew anything about their personal life.
Today we will take a closer look at 5 current WWE Superstars who are in a serious relationship with another Superstar. See just how many of these relationships you were aware of!
#5 Finn Balor and Cathy Kelley
For the most part, these two lovebirds have kept their relationship fairly private. In fact, some have gone as far as to say there's really nothing there, or that Finn Balor and Cathy Kelley were simply "good friends." However, former WWE Superstar X-Pac went on record to say that they were definitely more than just friends. There is not too much known about the depth or the seriousness of their relationship, thanks to how well they have kept things quiet.
For those who are not too familiar with Cathy, she is a well-known television personality from the Chicago suburb known as Oak Park. Cathy is currently assigned as a backstage correspondent for NXT, as well as being responsible for contributing content for WWE's social media accounts, the company website and the WWE YouTube channel as well.
