Thankfully, most people know that WWE Superstars are just as smart as non-wrestlers, with many Superstars being even smarter. Over the years, the WWE Universe has seen countless competitors enter the company, some smarter than others.
In fact, there have been a select group of Superstars who could be referred to as geniuses for their skills, both mental and physical.
Here are five WWE Superstars who also happen to be geniuses.
#5. Matt Striker

Whilst he may have never held gold during his time in the WWE, fans will remember Matt Striker fondly for his incredible ability behind the commentary desk. A life-long wrestling fan, Striker joined the WWE in 2005, after working as a school teacher for many years.
Obtaining a Bachelor's degree in History, Striker would continue his academic prowess, gaining a Master's degree in Education Psychology.
After initially working as a temp, filling in for teachers who were unable to attend class, Striker was hired at Benjamin N. Cardozo High School in Queens, New York as a social studies teacher, though continued to compete on the indies on the side.
Eventually, the school found out, and after discovering Striker was using sick days to wrestle in Japan, he was forced to step down. Joining WWE as a caricature of an overbearing teacher, Striker would remain with the company until 2013 and has since joined Lucha Underground as a commentator.
