5 WWE Superstars who could win the 24/7 Title in 2019

For one night only?
For one night only?

The mystery of the new title WWE was going to introduce was announced during the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, and to say the WWE Universe was intrigued is an understatement, as many people wanted to know which one of WWE's classic titles was going to make a return or what new concoction the company was going to come up with.

Well, the title WWE did come up with was not received wholeheartedly by the fans, as the only way to describe the crowd's reaction to the title is to link it to the unveiling of the Universal Title, but worse.

However, not many things change audience perception in a matter of hours in wrestling, as the scramble for the 24/7 Title was met with positive vibes from fans for one reason only, it actually gave underused stars a chance to do something on the show. So, let's go through the five stars who could hold this title next.

#1 EC3

A win-win for WWE
A win-win for WWE

Ethan Carter III was one of the most talked about acquisitions NXT made last year, as many thought that EC3's incredible physical transformation and his newly found charisma was enough to make WWE notice him.

During his stay in NXT, Triple H was impressed by the former TNA Wolrd Champion, which saw the 'top one percent' participate in many high profile matches, waiting his turn to be the next top star in the developmental brand. However, that never happened, as EC3 was prematurely shipped to Raw in the Superstar Shake-up and left in the background ever since.

While that is bad news for the man, he could be witnessing a change in his fortunes, as the introduction of the 24/7 Title could allow him to gain some popularity and credibility if WWE moves past treating the belt like a joke, as EC3 has been on the hunt for the belt ever since its inception.
