WWE TLC 2017: 5 potential finishes for Kalisto vs. Enzo Amore
Whether you love or hate Enzo Amore, you can’t deny that the cruiserweight division feels more important than ever heading into the TLC pay-per-view.
The trash-talking former champ has run his mouth so much over the last couple of months that he and his fellow cruiserweights simply cannot be ignored, and the battle for the Cruiserweight Championship has been one of the featured storylines on Raw in recent weeks.
The division has taken on so much importance that it has closed the third hour of Raw three times since the No Mercy PPV, where Enzo produced a huge upset by defeating Neville for the title. Since then, "The King of the Cruiserweights" has reportedly quit while Kalisto has joined the division and quickly become champion.
Will Kalisto’s reign continue after TLC? Or will Enzo defy the doubters again to win the title for the second time? In this article, we look at five possible finishes to their match at the upcoming PPV.
#1 The return of Neville
On October 9, Neville reportedly walked out on WWE after being booked to lose to Enzo in a non-title match on Raw. Rumour has it that Vince McMahon made the decision to drastically alter plans for the cruiserweight division that night by having Kalisto beat Amore for the title.
WWE hasn’t officially confirmed that Neville has left the company, but if Enzo’s promo at a live event in Canada last week is anything to go by, it’s safe to assume he’s gone. Addressing Kalisto, Enzo said: “I took care of Cass, then made Neville quit. You're nothing.”
But did he really make Neville quit? Or will we see the Newcastle-born high-flyer exact his revenge on Enzo at TLC? WWE being WWE, you just never know. But if Neville comes back to cost Enzo the title, his return will get one of the biggest cheers of the night.
The return of the 2-time NXT Tag Team Champion is exactly what the fans want.
