Best and Worst things about the WrestleMania 34 card

We are less than two weeks away from 'The Show of Shows' and honestly speaking, the penultimate Raw and SmackDown Live before WrestleMania 34 were underwhelming at best.

For no apparent reason, WWE has not been proactive in hyping up many of the feuds heading into New Orleans, and countless deserving Superstars have been left out of the card and/or pushed like sheep into the battle royal matches.

Don't worry though, Kid Rock will get some screen time for a performance at the biggest wrestling show in the world, even if it means there isn't enough time for a singles match between Bayley and Sasha Banks.

So, let us have a look, in no particular order, at some of the best and some of the worst things about this year's WrestleMania.

Worst: The US Title picture

Orton needs to turn heel. — Orton really needs to turn heel

The US Title bout is set to be a Fatal Four-Way match between the Champion Randy Orton, Bobby Roode, Jinder Mahal and Rusev. For the past year or so, none of the US Champions have really helped make the title relevant. It is the same heading into WrestleMania.

While there is no doubt that Orton is one of the all-time greats of the business, there is a desperate need for a change in his character, as he has grown far too stale. Both he and Roode could do very well with a full-fledged heel turn.

While its a relief that Mahal is not in the World Championship picture anymore, even in the US Title scene, he seems out of place. The only bright spot in the match is Rusev, and the best thing WWE can do is give him a well-deserved crowning moment at 'RusevMania'.
