6 Feuds for Jon Moxley now that he's officially a member of All Elite Wrestling
It's official. With his appearance and attack of both competitors after the main event match between Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley let the world know that he was 'All Elite' and looking to take over. He didn't beat around the bush after emerging from the crowd, giving a DDT to Jericho, Omega and the ref.
The night ended with Moxley and Omega brawling with each other all the way to the entrance ramp. He then DDT'd Omega on top of the Poker chips before giving 'the Best Bout Machine' an Attitude Adjustment off of the stack of chips.
And with that, All Elite Wrestling fired an enormous warning shot at the pro wrestling business and particularly at WWE. The night was filled with jabs at WWE from Cody coming out with a sledgehammer to destroying a throne during his entrance. They also poked fun at WWE's penchant for proclaiming attendance records that they are breaking.
Now that the former Dean Ambrose is officially a member of the All Elite Wrestling roster, the possibilities for him are endless. He has feuded with a few of the current members of the roster but the rest of the Superstars in AEW haven't faced the former 'Lunatic Fringe.'
It was also announced that he'd be wrestling at AEW's next show, but against whom? Here are six feuds that Moxley should have now that he's a member of AEW. Some make logical sense while some are personal preferences of mine.
Chris Jericho
Along with Jimmy Havoc, Moxley has already feuded with the legend of pro wrestling that is Chris Jericho. Very few pro wrestlers are able to stay as active and relevant as Jericho has now that he's nearing 50. It' part of his aura due to his ability to successfully have his hands in multiple ventures (podcast, Fozzy, wrestling) at the same time while also not suffering serious injuries.
While they did feud in WWE a few times, this is a new version of Jericho and a new version of Moxley. AEW is TV-14, allowing for a more mature product and feud between two men who feuded against each other under TV-PG conditions.
Due to his attack on both men at Double or Nothing, it could be a feud that is done right away or one that is postponed until a heavyweight champ is crowned. Now that both men will have more creative freedom, it could certainly top what they've done with each other before.
