6 heel and face turns that could go down at the WWE RAW Premiere on Netflix

If WWE wants to shock the fans during RAW's Premiere on Netflix, a big heel or face turn could really have everyone talking. Several big matches have already been booked and each could set the stage for a huge character shift.

Rhea Ripley challenges Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship, meanwhile, Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns will battle in Tribal Combat. Additionally, Seth Rollins and CM Punk will face off for the first match in a feud that may last until WrestleMania 41.

Which stars could upend WWE's landscape at the big premiere on January 6th? The next six face and heel turns could have massive implications when RAW debuts on Netflix.

#6. Paul Heyman could rock the neverending Bloodline saga

Paul Heyman has been loyal to Roman Reigns. Solo Sikoa abused The Wiseman since he refused to disavow his Tribal Chief.

If Heyman sees the writing on the wall, he could turn on his client. Reigns will still only be a part-time attraction. Working with Solo, a full-time star, would give Heyman more to do each week.

The Wiseman has done this before and often sees the writing on the wall before it’s even been written. Such a move would also garner more sympathy for Roman Reigns, which is what writers want.

#5. Randy Orton is a natural heel

Should Cody Rhodes appear or face off with Kevin Owens at the RAW Premiere on Netflix, expect Randy Orton to make a presence. He's been off TV since well before Survivor Series: WarGames after Owens hit him with a Package Piledriver in the ring.

Orton has always been better as a heel. Despite still being popular, his character has been stale. To get to the eventual match with Cody Rhodes, The Viper must revert to his villainous nature at some point soon.

That could happen at the Netflix premiere and lead to a big showdown for the Undisputed WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble.

#4. Jacob Fatu will be a full-blown face soon

With Tribal Combat taking place on RAW, someone from the new Bloodline could turn face. Jacob Fatu is the most likely choice since he's the most popular member of the new faction.

He’s a physical anomaly as a villain but can pull off moves that wow the crowd. Fans certainly approved when he stood face-to-face with Reigns and Bron Breakker. The Samoan Werewolf has the "It Factor" that’s hard to teach.

Fans would quickly get behind Fatu if things fell apart between him and the Bloodline. If Solo Sikoa falls in Tribal Combat, he’ll be looking for a scapegoat. Since Fatu is the most loyal follower, the blame will probably fall at his feet. His retaliation toward Solo would turn him into a fan favorite.

#3. Dominik Mysterio has been wavering lately on RAW

Another possible face turn could involve Dominik Mysterio. There’s a lot going on with the Judgment Day and something could break them up at the premiere of RAW on Netflix.

Dirty Dom tried to resolve the ongoing issues on RAW by facing Damian Priest. The move backfired. He’ll likely interfere in the match between Morgan and Ripley like he’s done so many times before.

If WWE decides to turn him face, it may freshen things up for the brand.

#2. Seth Rollins battles CM Punk at the RAW Premiere

One big heel turn that could rock the RAW Premiere on Netflix is that of Seth Rollins. He’ll face CM Punk in a heated match where both men will enter the showdown as fan favorites.

WWE may be forced to turn one heel to change the dynamics. Rollins has been teetering towards a change over the last few months while defending WWE from threats. Even though he had logical reasoning for not joining the OG Bloodline for WarGames, some fans may think he’s a heel simply for countering Roman Reigns.

The Visionary could snap after losing to Punk and attack him after the match. Rollins could also introduce a new faction to shake the foundation of RAW to its core.

#1. Becky Lynch changes the game again

Becky Lynch is one of the more popular WWE stars. She’s so good at her role that it’s hard to boo her when she’s a bad guy. She’s been out of action since last June but her return is on the horizon.

Both divisions on RAW and SmackDown need help, so Lynch will make an immediate impact whenever she comes back. Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley will face off at the premiere.

Lynch faced both women in the Women's World Championship scene this year. Returning during the big showdown would be the perfect spot. She'll certainly have something to say since she couldn't defeat Ripley at WrestleMania 40.

The Man could return a hero but immediately snap and turn on The Eradicator to make a big point. She's reportedly been working to move away from The Man persona.
