6 Most hated wrestlers in WWE currently

The WWE roster contains some of the most talented professional wrestlers on the planet. Week after week, these wrestlers put their bodies on the line for the entertainment of the WWE Universe. However, not every superstar is loved by fans.

There are many professional wrestlers within the Stamford-based promotion who are hated by fans beyond all means. These stars are not only booed when they appear on television, but many fans also troll them on social media.

In this article, we will take a look at six of the most hated wrestlers in WWE currently:

#6. & #5. Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods are hated by WWE fans

At one point in time, The New Day's Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods were two of the most loved superstars on the WWE roster. However, this love turned into hate on the December 2 edition of Monday Night RAW. In this particular episode, The New Day was celebrating its 10th anniversary.

To make the occasion memorable, Big E returned to weekly programming for the first time since March 2022 and offered to be the faction's manager. However, Kingston and Woods not only refused Big E's offer but also berated and removed him from the stable. This led to the once-loved superstars becoming one of the most hated duos.

#4. Chad Gable

The current year witnessed former fan-favorite Chad Gable turn heel. On the April 15 edition of Monday Night RAW, Gable attacked then-Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn after failing to dethrone the Canadian. This attack by Gable was more than enough for fans to start hating him, but the hate intensified due to his succeeding actions.

Chad, who at that time was the leader of Alpha Academy, began bullying Otis, Akira Tozawa, and Maxxine Dupri. The Olympian's behavior wasn't liked by the WWE Universe, and once he formed American Made, its disliking only intensified.

#3. Drew McIntyre

Since turning heel earlier this year, Drew McIntyre has been on the bad side of fans. However, The Scottish Warrior's recent actions have increased the hate towards him. Since returning to television after his loss against CM Punk at Bad Blood, McIntyre has been seen taking out members of the OG Bloodline.

In a short span of time, the former world champion has attacked Jimmy Uso, Sami Zayn, and fan-favorite Jey Uso. These attacks have led to The Scottish Warrior being booed whenever he makes an appearance.

#2. Solo Sikoa

For the longest time, Solo Sikoa has been a heel in WWE. However, The Street Champ became a bigger heel on SmackDown after WrestleMania 40. That's when the former NXT North American Champion took over The Bloodline in Roman Reigns' absence. He booted out Jimmy Uso and added Tama Tonga to the faction. Solo later added Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu before removing Paul Heyman and declaring himself The Tribal Chief.

Now that Sikoa is feuding with Roman Reigns, the hate for the former is only increasing. On RAW's debut edition on Netflix on January 6, one can expect Solo to be booed relentlessly when he makes the walk to battle the OTC in Tribal Combat.

#1. Dominik Mysterio

It's safe to say that in modern-day wrestling, no superstar has faced more hate from fans than Dominik Mysterio. While Dirty Dom was once loved, the fact he betrayed his father and WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio made fans hate him. Since that moment, Dominik has only been booed and booed loudly by fans.

These boos only became louder when The Latino Cheat betrayed Rhea Ripley and joined forces with Liv Morgan at SummerSlam 2024. Given the heat Dirty Dom generates from wrestling fans, it's hard to imagine him turning babyface anytime soon.
