7 tag teams that could become the inaugural WWE women's tag team champions
Last night's episode of RAW finally saw the unveiling of the Women's Tag Team Championships during a very special edition of Alexa Bliss' A Moment of Bliss segment with the inaugural holders being crowned at Elimination Chamber.
Little Miss Bliss revealed the belts last night and set the match, but the announcement was of course somewhat shrouded in mystery.
We don't know who will be in the chamber yet, but what we do know is that three teams from RAW and three teams from SmackDown Live are set to battle it out inside the Elimination Chamber to crown the champions - but who could be the first ever champions?
We're running down seven likely teams to become the inaugural title holders, etching their names in WWE history.
#7 Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose
Well, Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose certainly know how to make an impact - but it's arguable that they haven't quite reached the potential everyone thought they had, and the Tag Team Championships could just be the catalyst for such a rise.
When they debuted, accompanied by Paige as part of Absolution, Rose and Deville laid out stars such as Sasha Banks, Bayley, Mickie James, and Alexa Bliss in their main roster infancy, before going on an impressive run where they looked to be one of WWE's most dominant factions.
Sadly, when Paige suffered a severe injury that would eventually result in her retirement, the pair's momentum cooled slightly - but they've since moved from RAW to SmackDown, and while both compete separately as singles competitors, they maintain a strong bond both on-screen and off.
You can bet these two would be strong contenders!
