7-time WWE champion to return after 733 days at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event in 2025? Exploring potential hint

Over the weekend, WWE held Saturday Night's Main Event for the first time in 16 years. It was a huge success, and now the company is all set to host another event in January 2025.

One of the things that contributed to the success of the show, was the return of several legends. The likes of Tito Santana, Rich Hering, and Jimmy Hart among others were in attendance. With that in mind, could a seven-time WWE champion return after 733 days at the show next year?

The answer to that question is quite possibly "Yes". After all, the legend in this scenario is one whose name some might say is synonymous with Saturday Night's Main Event, Hulk Hogan. The Hulkster was last seen live and in the flesh at the RAW is XXX show, way back in January of 2023. So, if he were to make a return next year, it would be quite special.

So far, there have been a few hints suggesting his return at Saturday Night's Main Event is imminent. Granted, many believed he would make his presence felt over the weekend, seeing as he main-evented the show 25 times. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, he is featured in the newest promo for the event scheduled to take place in San Antonio.

However, at the end of the day, this is nothing more than speculation. Yes, Hulk Hogan is in the promo and the advertising, but there is no guarantee he will be physically present at the show.

Saturday Night's Main Event over the weekend ended in disaster

As mentioned earlier, Saturday Night's Main Event was a huge success. Triple H and co. booked an amazing show, which featured some incredible matches. But, even WWE's CCO couldn't have predicted how it would end, and especially what would happen soon after.

The main event of the show saw Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens face off in what many assumed would be the climax of their blood feud.

It was a heated battle, filled with controversy, but ultimately ended in The American Nightmare's favor. But, that clearly wasn't the disaster.

The disaster came after the match, as an irate KO came back into the ring and laid out Rhodes with a package piledriver.

It is a devastating maneuver, which has been rightfully banned in WWE. If that wasn't enough, The Prizefighter was also seen arguing with Triple H after he walked away from the ring with the Winged Eagle WWE Championship in hand. It was complete and utter mayhem.
