7 WWE Superstars who feature in the Guinness World Records
The Guinness World Records have always been regarded as the benchmark for human achievements across various spheres of life. However, you will be surprised to know that some WWE superstars have also managed to find a place in the prestigious publication.
While few of them have made it through for their in-ring exploits, the others qualified on the basis of non-wrestling achievements. These names include some of the most popular faces to have stepped inside a WWE ring over the past few decades.
Let’s take a look at 7 WWE superstars who appear on the Guinness World Records and the reason they made it:
#1 Brock Lesnar
Among the currently active WWE Superstars, Brock Lesnar is perhaps the only one to feature in the Guinness World Records. Lesnar holds the record for being the ‘Youngest person to win the World Wrestling Entertainment Championship’.
At SummerSlam on 25 August 2002, ‘The Conqueror’ defeated the then WWE Undisputed Champion The Rock to claim the title. Brock Lesnar was aged just 25 years and 44 days when he achieved this incredible feat.
Overall, Lesnar has been a four-time champion in the WWE, his latest title reign coming as the World Heavyweight Champion in 2014/15. Take a look at this video clip of Brock Lesnar beating The Rock at SummerSlam 2002:
