8 shows coming to WWE Network and Peacock this weekend - Clash at the Castle Scotland, first-time ever dream match, and more

WWE Network and Peacock continue to offer thousands of hours of exciting content on-demand in addition to some fresh programming every week. While the upload rate is far slower than it once was, subscribers still have a lot of great content to enjoy with new shows coming every single week.

Overall, new content has been added at a slow pace. Monday saw a new episode of RAW Talk and a week-old edition of NXT arrived on Tuesday. Wednesday featured a month-old edition of RAW added on-demand and Thursday saw the arrival of This Week In WWE.

Thankfully, things are picking up quite a bit over the coming few days. In just a three-day period, at least eight full-length shows are set to arrive on-demand. This article will take a look at each upcoming program, many of which are associated with Clash at the Castle Scotland.

Below are eight shows coming to WWE Network and Peacock this weekend.

#8. Clash at the Castle Scotland Kickoff & #7. Clash at the Castle Scotland Post Show

Two programs will air this weekend in association with the massive Premium Live Event taking place on Saturday. One of these shows will air on Friday to hype up Clash at the Castle, while the other will air on WWE Network and Peacock immediately following the event.

The Clash at the Castle Scotland Kickoff will stream on Friday, June 14th, beginning at 11 AM EST. For those not familiar, this program sees Triple H and several stars from the upcoming Premium Live Event address the show, the audience, and put over the stories they're involved with.

Meanwhile, a Clash at the Castle Scotland Post Show will air immediately after the event ends. In the past, these have been press conferences and it isn't yet clear if the same format will take place this time around. Regardless, it will take place on June 15th.

#6. Clash at the Castle Scotland & #5. Countdown to Clash at the Castle Scotland

The big hook this weekend is WWE Clash at the Castle Scotland 2024. The show will air on both streaming platforms on Saturday, June 15th. Due to the show airing in Scotland, it will have a special start time of 2 PM EST.

Clash at the Castle Scotland has several big-time matches on the card. Cody Rhodes will defend his WWE Championship against AJ Styles, plus Drew McIntyre will clash with Damian Priest. Additionally, both Bayley and Sami Zayn will defend their titles and a Women's Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Tag Team Match will take place.

Beyond the main show itself, a Countdown to Clash at the Castle Scotland will air ahead of the main program. The Countdown special will begin two hours earlier at 12 PM EST and looks to be running for the entire two-hour period. It is unclear if a match will be included in the lineup or not.

#4. Main Event #3. SmackDown, two shows that recently aired will become available

Two programs that recently aired on other platforms will soon arrive on both Peacock and WWE Network. Main Event, which first airs on Hulu, is set to arrive on-demand, as is SmackDown, which initially airs on FOX. Both programs arrive on a delay due to contractual obligations with the platforms they first appear on.

WWE Main Event from May 30th, 2024 will arrive on Saturday, June 15th. This edition of the show featured an epic headline bout with Dijak taking on Pete Dunne. Additionally, The Unholy Union's Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn battled Kayden Carter and Katana Chance.

Friday Night SmackDown from May 17th, 2024 will be added to the archives on Sunday, June 16th. This episode of SmackDown saw advancements in the King of the Ring Tournament with Randy Orton and Carmelo Hayes battling it out in a dream match.

Three big matches have been confirmed for the show this week. Chase U's Andre Chase will battle Lucien Price in the main event. Additionally, Izzi Dame will take on Kendal Grey in singles competition. Lastly, the duo of Shiloh Hill and Jasper Troy will take on The Family's Luca Crusifino and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo.

#1. The Best Of WWE returns

A new episode of The Best Of WWE will be streaming this weekend. The show will premiere on Friday, June 14th, beginning at 10 AM EST. The compilation will be on both the live feed and on-demand.

This edition of the series is The Best Of WWE: Father's Day Fights. No official synopsis has been revealed yet, but this is obviously meant as a celebration for Father's Day, which takes place in the United States just two days later on Sunday. Matches and segments, likely featuring famous wrestling dads, will be included.
