9 Superstars that WWE Creative has completely forgotten about

Will Vince McMahon push or lose these talents?
Will Vince McMahon push or lose these talents?

We're only one month into 2019 and it's already proving to be an explosive year for wrestling, with companies outwith WWE starting somewhat of an uprising and giving several wrestlers a certain type of leverage that's been missing for a long time when it comes to contract negotiations.

WWE is notorious for stockpiling talent and, with so many shows and the risk of injuries, you can kind of see why - but this does come with its pitfalls. When you have so much talent in one place, it's only logical that not everyone can hit the top and achieve their full potential - and of course, that leaves others unhappy.

With eight Superstars already requesting their release or deciding to run down their contracts with WWE, it's pretty clear to see that several talents have decided that it's worth checking out if the grass is greener on the other side.

Superstars like Heath Slater and Curt Hawkins have seen themselves get more TV time recently, but who could be next?

With The Revival notoriously requesting their release and speaking out about their booking, or lack of, it made me think about what other Superstars are seemingly on the wrong side of WWE Creative's priorities - and who could potentially see the grass as being greener next.

Well, we're running down the top five wrestlers that WWE either has to push or may risk losing.

#9 Tye Dillinger

Dillinger's main roster career hasn't quite been a 10
Dillinger's main roster career hasn't quite been a 10

Well, Tye Dillinger's main roster debut was a perfect 10! Dillinger debuted in the Royal Rumble to a rapturous ovation from No. 10, and the 37-year-old veteran is probably one of WWE's most over talents when he comes out from behind the curtain - sadly, though, the problem is that... Well, he never does.

Dillinger is an incredible in-ring talent who's effectively made a great gimmick out of a number - but WWE just doesn't use him. Dillinger has never held a title in WWE and was in NXT for a long time, but his main roster run has essentially been a damp squib.

Sadly, it just hasn't worked out for Dillinger, whose talent seems almost wasted in short matches every once in a blue moon.
