The Shield is known as the most influential and arguably the most successful faction in the WWE. The trio has come across many factions, such as The New Day, Evolution, and the Dogs of War, and has still managed to come across each time.

Together, the three men have won every single men’s championship that exists in the WWE today, which is beyond remarkable, and shows how much value the trio have in the WWE.

Sadly, for the fans, the faction has once again disbanded due to Roman Reigns’ battle with leukaemia, and Dean Ambrose’s turn on Seth Rollins. These reasons have marked the end of The Shield once again, and it is unclear whether the group will ever reunite or not under the current circumstances.

Since all three members of the faction are extremely talented, famous, and successful, we’ve decided to evaluate their success and championship wins in the company. Let’s take a look at which member has been the most successful thus far in the WWE today.

#3 Dean Ambrose

Total Championships: 6

The lunatic of the team, and probably the most diverse character that held the act together. Dean Ambrose is an extremely impressive superstar who has succeeded more than anyone could have imagined.

He didn’t have the looks or the physique to become the top superstar, but he defied all odds to get to the top of the roster. His recent return after injury has helped him look bigger and badder than ever before.

Dean Ambrose, has a single World Heavyweight Championship to his name, along with two Intercontinental titles and two Raw Tag Team titles (both with Seth Rollins). However, his most impressive and longest run was with the United States Championship which he held for a record period.

Dean has also won the Money in the Bank briefcase in 2016. Ambrose's first title win was the US Championship which he won as a part of The Shield, while his two tag team championships with Seth Rollins has come at a time when the Shield was not united.
