It’s the month of April, and there is one particular superstar who holds an impressive streak of winning tag team titles on this month for three consecutive years.
Matt Hardy has had over 20 tag team title reigns in the various promotions he competed for, and the numbers keep on increasing. He added one more to his collection on this week’s episode of SmackDown Live. But the main thing to note is that he has extended his April title streak for the third consecutive year.
Starting from 2017 to 2019 the elder Hardy brother has won tag team gold in April. Hardy himself mentioned about this streak in a backstage interview on the Greatest Royal Rumble last year.

#3 2nd April 2017 - Raw Tag Team Titles with Jeff Hardy
WrestleMania 33 marked the return of the Hardy Boyz after seven years on the independent circuit, and they made headlines when they won the Raw Tag Team Championships.
WrestleMania 33 hosts the New Day announced surprise entrants into the Raw tag team championship ladder-match which turned out to be the returning Hardy Boyz.
Matt Hardy retrieved the titles after a hard-fought match which saw Jeff hitting a Swanton Bomb on the Bar from the top of a ladder.
The victory marked the first of the three consecutive April title wins for Matt Hardy.
