Actor Liev Schreiber to play Chris Benoit in 'Crossface' Movie?

It was recently reported that a movie based on the life of late WWE superstar Chris Benoit is on the cards and the movie would be titled ‘Crossface’.

Hollywood star and actor Liev Schreiber, who is known for his roles in movies like X-Men origins and The Omen, is tipped to play Benoit’s character in the movie about the tragic double murder-suicide. The story is written by Sarah Coulter.

TMZ.com reported that the actor’s representatives have denied that he will play the late wrestler. However, no official confirmation has been received from either sides.

Chris Benoit was one of the most technically gifted wrestlers in the WWE. He was also a former World Heavyweight champion.
