Adam Pearce to announce major WWE star has been suspended; Bad Blood match card? 4 things the RAW GM can announce on this week's episode
WWE Monday Night RAW will be airing tonight on the USA Network. All eyes are on the red brand in the coming months, as RAW will be moving over to Netflix at the beginning of 2025.
Before that, however, the brand's season premiere is set to take place later tonight. This special edition of Monday Night RAW will have limited commercial breaks and already features a stacked card with some of the best wrestlers in the world in action.
Adam Pearce is the Monday Night RAW General Manager. It is his job to communicate major decisions both to the talented roster and to the fans. While his job isn't always easy, he does the best he can.
There is a chance that Pearce could make some big announcements during Monday Night RAW tonight. This article will take a look at a handful of things he can reveal, which includes a match for Bad Blood and a big name being suspended again.
Below are four things WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce can announce on this week's episode.
#4. Drew McIntyre could be suspended again for his heinous assault on CM Punk
The rivalry between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk has taken over WWE for the bulk of the year. There have been constant wars of words and very physical brawls. The rivals have even had two official matches with both men winning one bout each.
Things got taken to a new low last week, however. Drew McIntyre brutalized CM Punk, but worse yet, he humiliated The Voice Of The Voiceless. McIntyre broke the fan-made bracelet sporting the names of Punk's wife and dog before shoving the beads down his throat.
From there, Drew assaulted Punk and bloodied him up before he could be put in an ambulance. As a result of this behavior, Adam Pearce could once again suspend Drew. Perhaps this time, The Scottish Warrior will be suspended without pay and indefinitely.
#3. Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley could be confirmed for WWE Bad Blood
WWE Monday Night RAW has been home to another extremely hot rivalry. Former friends turned enemies, Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley have been at one another's throats for the bulk of the year and it has been quite intense.
Liv is currently the Women's World Champion, having won the title by defeating Becky Lynch, who won it after Rhea was forced to vacate the gold. Rhea attempted to win the title back, but a heartbreaking betrayal by Dominik Mysterio at WWE SummerSlam stopped The Eradicator from achieving her goal.
Adam Pearce is well aware that the issues between the two performers aren't yet over. As a result, he may book them to clash at Bad Blood, the company's next premium live event. Who knows, the two could even potentially clash inside Hell in a Cell. Regardless, Pearce might update the Bad Blood match card tonight.
#2. Jey Uso and Damian Priest could be announced as The Judgment Day's first challengers
As noted in the previous entry, Rhea Ripley was shockingly betrayed by Dominik Mysterio at WWE SummerSlam. She wasn't alone in the betrayal category, however, as Finn Balor shockingly did the same to Damian Priest.
Priest and Ripley were thus kicked out of The Judgment Day. The group is now comprised of Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, Carlito, Liv Morgan, and Dominik Mysterio. Finn and JD are the holders of the World Tag Team Titles but are yet to defend the gold on WWE programming.
Damian Priest could attempt to get revenge on his stable by challenging them alongside his new friend, Jey Uso. Adam Pearce could reveal the bout, either for an episode of RAW or at Bad Blood. This would help the ongoing storyline, but would also finally allow for The Prince and The Irish Ace to defend their belts.
#1. Bronson Reed vs. Braun Strowman could be announced
Bronson Reed has been on an absolute tear in WWE. Frustrated by not being showcased enough, the big man brutally assaulted Seth Rollins. He then proceeded to do the same thing to R-Truth.
Things were later taken up a notch when he took on Braun Strowman. The two men ended up fighting around the building and into the parking lot. From there, Bronson hit a massive Tsunami splash onto the top of a car. It was intense and incredible to witness.
It is clear that the two big men will collide again. Adam Pearce could announce that the two behemoths will clash soon, but perhaps this time with a stipulation. Could Bronson and Braun fight in a Last Man Standing match this time around?
