Adam Pearce to fire 35-year-old WWE star after his actions; Brock Lesnar to return? - 3 ways Bronson Reed can be punished for assaulting Seth Rollins

The fallout of WWE RAW after SummerSlam featured Seth Rollins and CM Punk rekindling their long-standing rivalry. However, The Straight Edge Superstar was more interested in the pursuit of Drew McIntyre, who took shots at Punk's wife and dog.

After CM Punk left the ring to chase down McIntyre, Rollins was quickly taken down by Big Bronson Reed. The former NXT North American Champion launched a vigorous assault, compelling the backstage personnel to intervene to restore order.

After leaving Seth Rollins in a tough spot in the ring, Bronson Reed strolled backstage like he owned the place. However, next week on red brand, he might just face some repercussions for his actions. Here are three ways the monster could be punished on WWE RAW:

#3. Adam Pearce fires Bronson Reed on WWE RAW

The Australian star hasn't had the best luck in WWE this year. He wasn't utilized to his full potential on the main roster, leading to some frustration about his situation.

Feeling pretty fed up with how things have been going for him, Bronson Reed chose to make a bold move on this week's RAW. He went after the former World Heavyweight Champion, really driving home his point. Reed believed that sometimes you have to take drastic measures to get noticed and earn some respect.

However, this attack could not sit well with the RAW General Manager Adam Pearce, and he could end up firing Reed for his actions.

#2. Adam Pearce brings back Brock Lesnar as an opponent for Reed

Brock Lesnar typically possesses the ability to overpower his opponents, and he could present a significant challenge to Reed, potentially serving as an appropriate consequence for the audacious 330-pounder.

The Beast Incarnate's last appearance in WWE was at last year's SummerSlam, where he was defeated by Cody Rhodes. Recently, Triple H mentioned that Lesnar still has a good relationship with the company, and they’re still working out the details for his future appearances.

The potential return of the 47-year-old legend, facilitated by Adam Pearce, to confront Reed could create compelling television and provide the legend with a new rivalry following a year-long absence from the squared circle.

#1. Sent back to NXT to improve his behaviour

Many superstars are sent to NXT to enhance their promo abilities, refine their in-ring techniques, develop their character, or even undergo a process of reinvention.

Bronson Reed might be sent back to NXT to help him work on his character and behavior. The idea is to make him feel like he's been demoted, which could encourage him to tone down his over-the-top demeanor.

The Colossal could then be summoned in a month, paving the way for a rivalry with The Visionary to be established.
