Adam Pearce fires shots at 36-year-old following WWE RAW
WWE RAW GM Adam Pearce has appeared to fire shots at a 36-year-old star following the Monday night show.
Last night's edition of RAW aired live from Dallas and was an eventful show. The Judgment Day brutally attacked Cody Rhodes in the opening segment and bashed his ankle with a steel chair. Rhodes went on to get some revenge on Priest and hit him with a couple of chair shots after he defeated Jey Uso in the main event. Rhodes and Priest are set to battle in a singles match at WWE Crown Jewel.
Another interesting storyline that transpired last night on the red brand was the backstage conversations between RAW GM Adam Pearce and SmackDown GM Nick Aldis. Last Friday on WWE SmackDown, Aldis had Jey Uso and Adam Pearce removed from the venue. Aldis apologized to Pearce last night and the two appeared to bury the hatchet.
However, Pearce got frustrated when he later discovered Aldis talking to WWE RAW stars Kayden Carter and Katana Chance backstage. Pearce confronted Aldis and the SmackDown GM said he was going to take off and left the building. Earlier today, Pearce took to social media to deliver a three-word message and included a photo of two shaking hands during last night's show. Given how contentious their interactions were last night on the red brand, it does not appear that Pearce and Aldis will be on the same page moving forward.
"Love somebody today ❤️🙏," he posted.
Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell on the rivalry between Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis
Wrestling veteran Dutch Mantell recently predicted that the two GMs would start a rivalry against each other.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk show, Mantell noted that they predicted there would be a storyline between Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce on WWE television. Mantell added that he envisions Aldis as the heel and is looking forward to seeing how the storyline progresses in the weeks ahead.
"We called it right. I think those two could slow it down a little bit. Both of them are good talkers, especially Nick. Nick's going to be the heel, and they are looking at each other like, 'Listen, I'm the boss over here, you stay over there.' And that was plainly demonstrated tonight. I'm really looking forward to seeing what they do with these two guys. I really do on the two brands. That takes in everybody, really!" [37:40 - 38:30]

Both Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis are skilled wrestlers who can also hold their own on the microphone. It will be fascinating to see if the two authority figures decide to compete against each other in a match down the line.
