Adam Pearce to be forced to strip major WWE stars of their championship on RAW? Exploring potential swerve

WWE Bash in Berlin 2024 is on the horizon. The Premium Live Event is set to feature several title matches, including bouts for the World Heavyweight Championship and the Undisputed WWE Title. The Triple H-led regime could announce a few more title matches in the coming days for the PLE. However, the World Tag Team Championship may not be defended at the event.

The Judgment Day's Finn Balor and JD McDonagh won the World Tag Team Title from Awesome Truth (The Miz and R-Truth) on the June 24, 2024, episode of Monday Night RAW. But due to the heel stable's ongoing storyline with Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest, the reigning champions have yet to defend the title on television.

If the World Tag Team Title is not defended at WWE Bash in Berlin, then it would be more than 60 days, and since there are several teams on RAW gunning for the prized gold, it would be a wise decision on Adam Pearce's part to take the belts away from Finn Balor and JD McDonagh.

Pearce's authority has been questionable in recent weeks, and this could be a way for him to make a statement.

Adam Pearce has several potential options for the World Tag Team Championship at WWE Bash in Berlin

Sami Zayn and Jey Uso defeated Finn Balor and JD McDonagh in a non-title match on RAW last month. Notably, The YEET Master teased going after tag team gold two weeks ago when he told Zayn that they had unfinished business with The Judgment Day.

With Sami failing to regain the Intercontinental Title last week, he and Jey could challenge Finn Balor and JD McDonagh for the World Tag Team Championship at Bash in Berlin. Adam Pearce could make the match official on tonight's RAW.

Alternatively, if Adam Pearce decides to book a multi-team match or even a Ladder Match for the title at Bash in Berlin, it could also include former champions R-Truth and The Miz apart from Sami and Jey.

The World Tag Team Championship has been overlooked by the Triple H-led creative team in the recent months, and Adam Pearce needs to address this issue on WWE RAW and at least announce that they will be defended at the upcoming PLE.
