Adam Pearce to make his in-ring return at Survivor Series; Judgment Day banned? 4 things the WWE RAW GM can announce on this week's episode
WWE Crown Jewel aired this past Saturday and it was a historic and chaotic show. New champions were crowned for the first time ever and major brawls erupted, one of which even prevented a match from taking place.
As big as Crown Jewel 2024 was, things never slow down for World Wrestling Entertainment. Eyes are already on tonight's edition of Monday Night RAW, which was previously taped in Saudi Arabia.
While fans can look up the matches and in-ring segments of the program, segments, and vignettes filmed backstage or not shown to the live crowd are still a mystery. As a result, it isn't quite clear what all goes down on the show, including potential announcements from Adam Pearce.
This article will take a look at a handful of different announcements the RAW General Manager could make on tonight's show. This could include a shocking in-ring return, a major fine, and beyond.
Here are four things WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce can announce on this week's episode.
#4. He could challenge Nick Aldis to a match at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames
Fans know Adam Pearce as the nice, albeit often angry and overworked WWE RAW General Manager. What some fans might not know is that he was a successful pro wrestler and is a former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion.
This is a similar journey to the WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis. He, too, is a former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion, although his in-ring career was more recent than Adam's. That could change soon, as both could end up wrestling.
The two have had tension off and on for over a year now. Ever since Nick arrived, fans have been fantasy booking the two General Managers clashing. On RAW tonight, Adam could announce he is coming out of retirement and challenging The National Treasure to a match at Survivor Series: WarGames. Which General Manager is better?
#3. Adam Pearce could announce when the Women's Battle Royal winner will challenge Liv Morgan
Liv Morgan is the top female star in the world. Not only is Liv the Women's World Champion, but she defeated WWE Women's Champion Nia Jax at Crown Jewel. This win made her the first-ever Women's Crown Jewel Champion.
It has since been revealed that a Women's Battle Royal will be taking place on WWE Monday Night RAW tonight. The winner of the bout will become the new number one contender for the Women's World Title.
During a backstage segment on Monday Night RAW, Adam could reveal when the title match will happen. More than likely, he could decide the winner of the Battle Royal will challenge Liv Morgan for the gold at Survivor Series: WarGames later this month.
#2. He could fine Randy Orton
WWE Crown Jewel was a chaotic night for a few stars. Kevin Owens and Randy Orton were supposed to go one-on-one to settle their serious issues as of late, but things went awry and the match never actually took place.
Instead, the two fought all over the arena. However, in the middle of the fight, Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis tried to break things up for the good of the WWE show. Things went poorly for the RAW General Manager, though, as he ended up being hit by a vicious RKO.
While Randy Orton nailing someone with the RKO isn't new, it doesn't mean Adam Pearce will let this go lying down. Instead, the RAW General Manager could announce backstage that Randy is being fined an undisclosed sum for his attack on the authority figure. While fans will be upset, there is a need for some degree of law and order in the promotion.
#1. The Judgment Day could be banned from ringside for Finn Balor and JD McDonagh vs. The War Raiders
WWE recently held a mini-tournament of sorts to crown new number one contenders for the World Tag Team Titles. Erik and Ivar, who recently returned to competition and are now known as The War Raiders, ultimately won the entire thing.
The War Raiders will now battle JD McDonagh and Finn Balor for the World Tag Team Titles. The Judgment Day won the gold from Awesome Truth several months ago, but haven't exactly defended their titles with any regularity on WWE programming.
Knowing how The Judgment Day operates, Adam Pearce may prevent any interference from other members of the stable in the impending match. This would force Finn and JD to not only defend their gold but to do so in as fair of a way as possible.
