Adam Pearce to suspend top star for his actions; 3 former world champs injured? 5 things the WWE RAW GM can announce on tonight's episode

WWE Monday Night RAW will be airing later tonight on the USA Network. This edition of the red brand will be the first two-hour episode of this generation after RAW had been a three hour show for over a decade. This is expected to last until RAW moves to Netflix in January.

Still, despite a shorter run time, RAW will be a big show. Three matches have been announced so far, which include Gunther vs. Sami Zayn for the World Heavyweight Championship, Jey Uso vs. Xavier Woods for the Intercontinental Title, and the return of the Good Ol' Fashioned Donnybrook Match.

Still, there will likely be even more on RAW than these bouts and that is where Adam Pearce comes in. Pearce is the General Manager of the red brand and is capable of making major decisions. This article will take a look at five things the RAW General Manager might announce on the red brand tonight.

Below are five things WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce can announce tonight.

#5. He could announce Braun Strowman's injury

There is unfortunate news for one of WWE's most popular stars. Braun Strowman is injured and he is likely going to be out of action for the time being. This comes after he just recently returned to the ring.

The injury came during a Last Monster Standing Match with Bronson Reed. Braun suffered the injury early into the match, yet fought through the pain. He even performed a massive dive out of the ring and a ring-breaking superplex despite suffering a torn groin.

While the injury has been confirmed by Braun himself, WWE is yet to address it on television. Adam Pearce could announce that Strowman will be out of action and he may even state what the expected injury time will be so fans know when to expect him back.

#4. Adam Pearce could reveal Goldberg is on WWE RAW

WWE Bad Blood featured a handful of big returns. Two of the most memorable are Jimmy Uso and The Rock, both of whom appeared during or directly after the main event. Another return happened during the show, and it was one nobody saw coming.

Goldberg appeared in the crowd and he was later mocked by Gunther. Things grew tense and the WWE Hall of Famer was ready to fight The Ring General, but cooler heads prevailed in the end. Now, Adam Pearce could announce that Da Man will be on RAW.

If Goldberg is on RAW, he could make a difference in the RAW main event. Sami Zayn and Gunther will be clashing for the World Heavyweight Championship. In what could be a shocking moment, Goldberg could cost Gunther the win and his world title, leading to the two clashing in the future.

#3. He could reveal both Drew McIntyre and CM Punk are taking time off following their brutal Hell in a Cell Match

While Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu had some of the most memorable moments and returns of WWE Bad Blood, it wasn't the best match on the show. Instead, that honor goes to the Hell in a Cell Match.

Drew McIntyre and CM Punk went into the dangerous WWE match with the goal of ending their rivalry once and for all. What followed was an intense and bloody fight that many feel was not only the match of the night, but one of the best Hell in a Cell Matches ever.

Due to how physical it was, it doesn't seem likely that either star will appear on RAW tonight. Instead, Adam Pearce could announce that both men will be taking time off to heal up following their brutal fight. Just like Braun, they may be on the injury list.

#2. Pearce could suspend Bronson Reed for putting his hands on him last week

Last week's episode of WWE Monday Night RAW featured one of the most insane main events in recent history. The powerful Bronson Reed went one-on-one with Braun Strowman in a Last Monster Standing Match after the two spent weeks fighting.

The bout was insane and ultimately led to Braun winning and the return of Seth Rollins, but one part may play a role on this week's show. While Bronson was fighting off security and staff, he grabbed Adam Pearce by the jacket and was seemingly planning to hurt the WWE RAW General Manager.

Adam can't let that slide. On tonight's episode of Monday Night RAW, Adam Pearce could reveal that Bronson has been suspended yet again, this time for putting his hands on a staff member. This will hopefully clean up Reed's act moving forward.

#1. Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley could be announced with everyone banned from ringside

The story between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley keeps getting new wrinkles. Originally, Liv was the babyface and Rhea was the heel who injured her. Fast forward many months later and the roles have swapped.

Since then, Liv has become a member of The Judgment Day, one of WWE's top factions. Meanwhile, Rhea was kicked out of the group and betrayed by Dominik Mysterio. As if that wasn't enough, Raquel Rodriguez returned at Bad Blood and cost Rhea a victory over The Miracle Kid.

It seems like every time Rhea and Liv fight, there are members of The Judgment Day or other surprises waiting. Adam Pearce could announce one more rematch between the two, this time with all interference banned. He could even add that if anyone helps Liv, she will be stripped of the title.
