AEW Rumors: Possible reason why Kenny Omega lost to Pac at AEW All Out
Omega vs Pac
Kenny Omega was originally scheduled to take on Jon Moxley as part of All Out last weekend but after Moxley revealed that he was struggling with an injury that would leave him sidelined for All Out. Pac was the man who was brought in to replace Moxley as part of the show, and one of the biggest shocks on the show was when Pac forced Omega to pass out and won the match via forfeit.
Why did Pac defeat Omega?
Kenny Omega has lost a number of matches over the past few months, beginning at Double or Nothing when he lost to Chris Jericho who has since gone on to become the first-ever AEW World Champion, but why did Pac defeat Omega at All Out? It appears that Tom Colohue of Sportskeeda has his own theory on the most recent episode of Dropkick DiSKussions.
"I was always confident that we would have the same finish that we would have had if Jon Moxley had been wrestling instead and I can't imagine a world right now in which Jon Moxley loses. So with Pac coming back, I would imagine they basically slotted in and had a very similar match even though if you listen to Jericho's podcast it isn't a match that they were particularly happy with.
I as a fan always enjoy watching Kenny, I always enjoy watching Pac so you knew they were gonna have a great time, they were gonna tear it up, that's basically what we got, we got an interesting finish which will keep things going, I do expect Omega is going to lose against Moxley as well though, he's not really hit the heights in AEW so far."
