AJ Lee update, photo of CM Punk backstage at Payback?

AJ Lee noted on her Twitter that she woke up this morning feeling very ill. She wrote, “Woke up at 6am feeling sicker than I’ve ever been in my life. The irony of this happening today is not lost on me. #MurphysLaw”

Speaking of The Big Show, WWE Senior Ringside Physician Chris Amann tweeted this photo today, which shows CM Punk in the background as Big Show is cleaning Charles Robinson’s shoe. The photo has been making the rounds on Twitter today, with people assuming it was taken backstage at Payback. I’m pretty sure it’s an old pic, but it’s funny anyway:
