An epic return for The Undertaker and Kane? Or something more?

The Brothers of Destruction
The past couple of days have seen the WWE official Twitter account post a number of cryptic tweets daily, hinting at two particular wrestlers – Kane and The Undertaker. All their tweets included the hashtag #RestinPieces, which is a well-known phrase of The Undertaker.
This could only mean two things – Either the Brothers of Destruction are making a return to the WWE or they’re getting together for a comic book announcement.
Survivor Series is the next big WWE event in November, but that’s not until a while. A number of sports sites have been hinting at an Undertaker return, but I have a feeling, Kane will definitely be featuring somewhere in this.
Every tweet that was posted by the WWE made a reference to both, Kane and Undertaker.
For example, tweet number 1 - “Broken souls lay beneath his feet. #RestinPieces” – They’re either fragments of cloth or glass. The colours – red, black and white – Red is Kane’s colour, who is oftenly referred to as the ‘Big Red Machine’ and the colour black is synonymous with The Undertaker, The Lord of Darkness.
Tweet number 2 – “I have taken it upon myself to walk a path where no one else chooses to.” #RestinPieces” – These were exactly the words The Undertaker said shortly after Kane’s WWE debut in 1997.
Tweet number 3 – “Born a survivor 11.22.90 #RestinPieces” – The Undertaker made his WWE debut at the Survivor Series in November 1990.
All three of the above tweets give out the feeling that the Brothers of Destruction might be making a WWE comeback and everyone went berserk.
However, it was the latest tweet that changed everything.
Tweet number 4 – “@Todd_McFarlane will soon give rise to an icon. #RestinPieces” – Everyone knows who Todd McFarlane is. Renowned comic book artist and creator of Spawn. One of Todd’s companies, McFarlane Toys creates action figures of movie stars, television stars, etc. but so much hype for an action figure seems sort of weird.
So could Todd be thinking of a movie idea on the two brothers? Seems rather unlikely for the WWE Studios would most definitely have first dibs on something like this. What’s more likely is a comic book based on the WWE careers and lives of the Brothers of Destruction. Kane is due to star in See No Evil 2 and maybe this comic book is a sort of a prequel to the movie.
And if it’s not this, then, the chance that The Undertaker might make a return on RAW is higher than him making an appearance on Survivor Series. Road to Wrestlemania is a few months after the end-of-November event and The Undertaker needs to ensure he’s fit enough to wrestle then.
Alternatively, the cryptic tweets could also mean – A return to RAW/appearance at Survivor Series and a comic book. Double the excitement and double the entertainment.
What do you think the WWE tweets are trying to tell us?
