Backstage news on possible plans for returning WWE Superstar

Ryback & Curtis Axel

According to recent reports, both Curtis Axel & Ryback will be returning to WWE TV. Ryback was out of action due to an injury and Axel was kept off TV as he was his tag team partner. Now Ryback is cleared to wrestle.

Officials are thinking of giving Axel a singles push, which will also mean that Ryback is getting a singles push as well. At the same time, it was said that the singles pushes could be nixed altogether and the team could be brought back as there’s still focus on the tag division.

There hasn't been a lot of optimism backstage for Axel's singles push due to the fact how he couldn't draw heat from fans.
