Backstage updates on The Hardyz and Dudley boys, WWE showing interest?, and more
– The WWE made the right decision by getting back The Dudley Boys as it has proved to be the game-changer for the tag team division that was seeing a slump of sorts.
It seems the WWE is quite happy by how the Dudleys have performed since their roof shattering return at the fall out RAW episode of SummerSlam. From the reports coming in from backstage, the top brass of the WWE is showing a keen interest in getting the Hardy Boys back to complete the puzzle of returning tag team legends.
Due to the satisfaction with how the Dudleys have fared up until now, the officials are want to bring back the Hardyz. It should be noted that Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy would become free agents by February 2015 as their current contracts expire and the WWE are very much up to opening their door for what would be the perfect timing for a return.
When it comes to Bubba and Devon, they are being billed for a run with the tag team titles very soon but it isn’t sure at the moment when exactly they would get their 10th reign. From the plans brewing in the WWE think tank, The Dudleys are scheduled to face the New Day in a rematch at Hell In a Cell and it would most likely be a tables match. Hell In a Cell might well be the time we experience the nostalgia all over again.
- There is a reason New Day are one of the most entertaining things on WWE TV. It is because they do stuff that is downright stupid yet hilariously refreshing. After their loss against The Dudleys at the MSG live event, they spoke to Kyle Edwards backstage and gave their reactions on the events from the night. Below is the video:
