Bushwick, which is currently being shot in New York City, also stars Brittany Snow and will feature a score composed by the band Aesop Rock.
The film revolves around the story of Snow’s character Lucy trying to make it through the city with help from Batista’s character Stupe, a war veteran, as Texas is trying to widhraw from the United States and the Big Apple is being used as a negotiation tool.
Batista, who has won multiple titles in the WWE including foure World Heavyweight Championships, three World Tag Team Championships and one WWE Championship, has been a part of several Hollywood top grossers like Vin Diesel’s Riddick, the role of superhero Drax The Destroyer in Guardians of the Galaxy, as well as the recent James Bond film Spectre, where he played the part of assassin Mr. Hinx, who repeatedly poses a threat to Daniel Craig’s James Bond.
